Google Android Wear- The maestro of Smart Watches

The completely new trend of “wear Smartphones” has taken a step forward with Google coming out with its Android wear watches. Globalization has led to a dire need to save time. One cannot simply hold the phones in their hands while running to catch a train or maybe during some jogging. The two most apparent companies Samsung and LG came out with wristwatches that obliterate one’s need to carry the phone in the hand. Nevertheless, Google has once again proved to be the “Jack of all trades”. With the Smart Watches gaining momentum in the market, Samsung’s Gear and LG’s lifeband proved no imperative competition. Ever since the Google’s Android Wear has been in the talks, speculations have raised to a level. Have a look at some of the drastically improved features that sets Google’s Android wear apart from rest of the Smart Watches.

Android wear

It is more than just a Smart Watch

Once you are done with downloading the Android app on the phone and paring it with the watch via Bluetooth connectivity, the screen starts showing you the time analog. You can customize the settings with bright and fun digital layouts with a classic blend.

The 1.6-Inch screen when swiped up shows the phone notifications, weather forecast and the number of steps you have taken, all with the help of those tiny cards. It will also display the information from Google now. Swiping through the screen is much easier. A long swipe to the right will dismiss those tiny cards. Just prompt through the microphone “OK Google” and there is the service that will cater to you. For instance, you can prompt “OK Google, text Joanne “I am stuck in the traffic”, while the message is send through your phone to the recipient (when the phone was somewhere deep in the bag). This device has a very good voice recognition system even in an overcrowded place with a lot of noise mumbling around. A lot has to be done with the customization set up.

While Google’s Android wear has a place for third party app to comply with, it necessarily needs to do much with the fitness tracks. While other smart watches like the Gear has a heart rate monitor, the Android ear simply does not go afar counting the steps.

You will hear what you want to learn

The best thing about Google is that it never fails in keeping track of all your web searches. Google mixes up all the calendar details and the searches you have made to give oneself what is desired. Like for instance, my watch at 3pm prompted me to tell about the sitcom that was going to be aired in next half an hour. Surprisingly I searched for the latest episodes of “The breaking Bad” and it was shown up by the watch. Not just this, the device too takes care of the route that you usually take. While I was going to my Reiki classes, I learnt there is going to be heavy traffic on the usual route. Google helps saving time as well. Moreover, it will also tell how much late you will be for the date (maybe you can save yourself from the partner then!).
Third party apps too can work with the Android wear.

Notification juggle

Android wear save time, tells you what to do before you realize what has to be done, saves a lot of time and provides an easy user interface. One major hindrance comes in with the notification toggle. One swipe up and you will be landed with undesired notifications (if you obtain too many from Facebook or twitter).

It becomes a real difficult task to have a buzzing wrist all the time with so many notifications popping in the wear. For someone who receives too many mails or notifications via the social network will be in a heck of buzzing with the wear. Lamentably, the wear does not provide the users with an unambiguous notification option, so that you receive what you want to see.

Wait! Did I tell you the Android wear complies with only the 4.4.3 and higher versions of Android in the Smartphone? Upgrade your Smartphones and gear up for this new Android wear.
